Are your pickles preservative-free?
Yes, all FoodOnFarm pickles are made using traditional fermentation methods and natural preservatives like salt, oil, and vinegar. We do not use any artificial chemicals or synthetic additives.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your jar of pickles will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
What is the shelf life of your pickles?
Most of our pickles have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. For best quality, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and always using a clean, dry spoon.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our farm-fresh flavors to international customers soon.
What should I do if my jar arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Are your ingredients sourced locally?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing 100% of our vegetables and spices directly from local farmers to ensure maximum freshness and support the local agricultural community.
